Everyone is different and it affects everyone differently. It can take 1 to 2 hours to fall asleep. But you sleep very well and wake up refreshed.

Incredibrew Decaf Coffee with Melatonin. When I need help to fall asleep I brew this coffee. It's crafted with 3mg of melatonin 385mg of magnesium and 155mg of maizinol. It tastes like a bold coffee but it decaf. It takes about 15 minutes to kick in. I wake up feeling well rested.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a decaf coffee with melatonin added but this one surprised me in the best way. The medium-dark roast actually tastes like really good coffee smooth rich and not bitter at all. I was very excited to try this new Incredible Decaf Coffee + Melatonin (Sleep Coffee)! I love the packaging taste and ingredients! It does work it’s my new favorite melatonin coffee in the market!! It doesn’t give weird aftertaste it’s like a normal coffee! I like the texture and the strength!

This is a dark roast coffee I prefer my coffee to be on the lighter side so I added some creamer and it was perfect as a night time drink it has melatonin so I have been drinking it in the nighttime to get a good night sleep!

Initially I was a little nervous about this decaf coffee with melatonin sounds like a disaster but I made it and I tried it and it tasted really good. I added a little bit of cream in it but no sugar and it tasted really good. I would highly recommend it. I did feel sleepy and it and fall asleep and stay asleep

It’s hard to believe that this coffee is not decaf given that it is a strong robust great tasting and fulfilling brew. I have been making 6 ounces of coffee with each pod in my Keurig machine and that is more than enough for a good night sleep thanks to the melatonin Maizinol and magnesium in it.
